Wedding day coordination

I. COORDINATION 

The coordinator will be with you all morning during the preparations and will oversee all the handover of the wedding properties on site. It will help you put together a schedule and communicate with all your suppliers. During the ceremony, he will take care of the music, the toast, the guests and the wedding start. After the ceremony, several additional activities are possible, according to the wishes of the newlyweds (for example, a trellis, throwing rice, or help with group photography of wedding guests). The coordinator ends before leaving for the feast.

If the 2nd coordinator is needed, the uniform price is CZK 2,000.

II. WEDDING DAY coordination

The coordinator will oversee the entire course of the wedding day until late in the afternoon. Since the morning, he has been taking over wedding properties, preparing the wedding venue and communicating with suppliers. It will help you put together a schedule. During the afternoon, he helps with everything he needs and is your extended hand. The coordinator leaves before the wedding party begins.

Price 8.000CZK.

If the 2nd coordinator is needed, the uniform price is CZK 2,000.

III. ALL INCLUSIVE coordination

The coordinator arrives at the wedding venue as soon as the wedding venue allows. By appointment, it is possible to pick up any properties (see cake, desserts, wedding dresses, almost anything) the day before the wedding. The coordinator helps with the decoration and preparations on site. On the day of the wedding, everything is under the baton of the coordinator from morning until night, when the coordinator can moderate, prepare wedding competitions, or any program by appointment. The day after the wedding, the coordinator arrives and puts everything back in its original state, also taking away possible decorations and everything that is needed.
